Who’s Behind WIN
The W.I.N. Group is led by experienced consultants who bring discipline and oversight to every engagement. Founder Corri Fields leads strategy design and transformation, while Nikki Byam, Principal Consultant, anchors execution, implementation, and operational rigor. Together, they guide assessment, direction, and onboarding—so clients move forward with confidence and clear expectations.

WIN’s collective includes vetted, independent specialists who deliver services upon referral. This model allows clients to benefit from focused expertise without the inefficiencies or confusion that often accompany traditional multi-vendor arrangements.
 
Why WIN Exists
